Install

  1. Open the DMG and drag Kairos to Applications.
  2. If macOS blocks the first open: right-click the app → Open (ad-hoc dogfood builds).
  3. Use the menu-bar glyph for a quick peek; Dock opens Today.

Settings → Privacy → Standard, turn File activity On for richer Ask answers.

Privacy

Symbolic memory only — app names, optional redacted file paths, optional agent claims. Web UI binds to localhost. You can wipe the journal and set retention in Settings.
